Meet The Founder
Hi, I’m Anna, Founder and CEO of the Spiritual Business Incubator—a next-generation business school and development center for mission-driven entrepreneurs who are ready to build companies that last.
My foundation has always been business first. I grew up working in my Polish immigrant parents’ hotel business from the age of 10, earned my Masters in Business, and spent over 15 years building and supporting educational and service-based businesses. Alongside my entrepreneurial work, I spent a decade in higher education administration and served as President of a K–12 school board, overseeing governance, leadership, and long-term institutional strategy. I understand how organizations start and scale, how systems are built, and what responsible leadership actually requires.
Discovering Human Design fundamentally changed how I understood myself and business, not by replacing strategy, but by refining it. It gave language to sustainable leadership, aligned decision-making, and the truth that founders are not meant to build businesses the same way. As a 5/2 Sacral Generator with the Left Angle Cross of Cycles & Development, I’m designed to initiate powerful beginnings, guide others through growth phases, and build structures that create lasting momentum rather than burnout.
The Spiritual Business Incubator was divinely inspired as a response to a gap I saw clearly: deeply gifted, mission-driven entrepreneurs looking for a place to bring together soul and strategy.
