142. Three Things I am Doing NOW to Get Ready for 2026

After one of the biggest seasons of my life, launching my first book, Create Your Aligned Business, watching it hit #1 New Release in Human Design, and welcoming incredible new women into the Incubator, I found myself lying awake one night, already dreaming about the future.

It wasn’t out of restlessness. It was out of clarity.

When you know what you’re building, the future doesn’t feel heavy, it feels exciting.

In this episode, I’m sharing the three things I’m doing right now to prepare for 2026 (yes, 2026!) and how you can use these same steps to get grounded, clear, and intentional about what’s next in your business.

Step 1: Assess Where You Are

Before you can build your next chapter, you have to understand your current one.

I always start by taking a clear-eyed look at my business as it is today, what’s working, what’s not, what assets I’ve built, and what processes or team members are supporting growth.

This step is all about honesty and curiosity, not judgment. Knowing where you stand is the most powerful thing you can do for your next evolution.

Step 2: Dream Where You’re Going

Once you have a clear picture of the now, you can dream into what’s next.

I love to write out the big, visionary version of what I want to create — five years out, three years out, or whatever feels expansive. Then, I zoom in and ask: What’s the one-year version of this dream that I’m ready to commit to now?

When you blend long-term vision with near-term focus, your dreams become direction instead of distant “somedays.”

Step 3: Create a Strategic Plan

This is where clarity turns into confidence.

Strategic planning isn’t about rigidity, it’s about intention. It’s about mapping your resources, your time, your energy, and your goals so you can start the new year knowing exactly what you’re building and why.
