Why “CEO Decisions” Create Capacity

Amanda names something so many entrepreneurs feel but don’t know how to articulate: if you don’t see yourself as the CEO, you won’t make CEO decisions.

And CEO decisions are the ones that create capacity, shifting offers, building systems, hiring support, and moving from “I have to do everything” to “I lead the vision and build the structure.”

For Amanda, that looked like moving from only 1:1 to a mastermind model, keeping depth and intimacy while making the business sustainable. For me, it’s looked like building the incubator as a school, bringing in experts, facilitators, and support so the mission can grow beyond me.
