Ep 162. The Truth About Building a Soul-Aligned Business That Actually Lasts
Feb 03, 2026
There’s a version of “soul-aligned business” that gets romanticized online, the idea that if you’re aligned enough, things should feel effortless, light, and somehow magically sustainable without structure, planning, or hard decisions.
This episode is a loving but honest disruption to that myth.
Because the truth is: building a soul-aligned business that lasts requires seriousness, responsibility, and leadership, not in a heavy way, but in a devoted one.
When your soul knows you’re here to build something meaningful, that calling doesn’t disappear when things get uncomfortable. It actually asks more of you.
When Alignment Calls You to Lead
In this conversation, I share a deeply personal experience of connecting with my higher self and being handed “the plan.” Not a step-by-step spreadsheet, but a knowing. A clarity. A reminder that I already knew what I was meant to build — and it was time to stop acting like I didn’t.
That moment crystalized something I see so often in mission-driven entrepreneurs:
You don’t need more ideas.
You don’t need more inspiration.
You need to own the role of the leader your business requires next.
Alignment doesn’t mean avoiding responsibility. It means being willing to hold it.
Why a Plan Is Not Anti-Spiritual
One of the biggest myths I want to break is that having a plan somehow makes your business less intuitive or less aligned.
In reality, a plan is what allows your intuition to move forward with clarity.
A soul-aligned business still needs:
- A clear vision
- Intentional structure
- Thoughtful decisions about how you grow
- A long-term perspective that goes beyond right now
The plan will evolve, it always does, but without one, you end up reacting instead of leading.
From Solopreneur to CEO Energy
If you’ve been doing everything yourself, carrying the weight of the mission alone, or questioning whether you can keep going this way long-term, this episode is your invitation to think differently.
Not to work harder.
Not to sacrifice alignment.
But to build a business that can actually hold the mission.
That’s what stepping into CEO energy really means, taking your business seriously because your soul does.
A Final Invitation
If this episode resonates, let it be a mirror. What do you already know about the business you’re meant to build? And what would change if you stopped pretending you didn’t?
Your mission matters. And it deserves to be built in a way that lasts.
