From Hustle to Harmony

Renea’s story starts in a whirlwind: newly pregnant, her husband facing a major health diagnosis, and what she thought was her dream job turning out to be anything but. In the middle of that chaos, she realized something big, freedom wasn’t going to come from pushing harder. It had to come from alignment.

What followed was a journey into entrepreneurship, feminine energy, cycle syncing, and ultimately, reclaiming her power in a whole new way.

Your Power Lives in Your Body

We talked about how women are wired differently, biologically, energetically, emotionally. Renea shares how tuning into her cycle, honoring her energy, and working with her design (instead of against it) changed everything in her business.

She reminds us that our bodies are speaking all the time… we just have to listen.

Sacred Disruption + Speaking Up

One of the most powerful parts of this episode is Renea’s reflection on becoming a “sacred disruptor.” She’s not afraid to question the way things have always been, whether that’s beauty standards, business strategies, or the pressure to be everything to everyone.

As a 3/5 in Human Design, her magic is in experimentation, voice, and leadership through lived experience. And wow, does it shine through.
