In this special episode, I handed the mic over to my brilliant friend Justine Baruch and let her interview me on my podcast. (Was it stretchy? 100%. But it was also one of the most honest conversations I’ve had about my journey, my human design, and how I’ve built a business that finally feels like home.)

Before Alignment, I Was... Tired.

Capable? Yes. Driven? Absolutely. But alive? Lit up? Fulfilled? Not even close.

I spent years saying yes to things just because I could do them. Because I had the energy. Because someone said I was good at it. But my sacral was screaming no, and I didn’t know how to listen yet.

That misalignment didn’t just show up in my business. It affected my health, my marriage, and my presence with my kids. I knew something had to shift… and Human Design became the tool that helped me see who I truly was, and how I was meant to work, serve, and lead.

My Human Design Didn’t Just Make Sense, It Changed Everything.

As a 5/2 Generator with Sacral Authority and a Markets Environment, I learned why traditional business models felt so wrong to me. I’m not here to fit into someone else’s structure. I’m here to create options, honor what lights me up, and use my voice to solve real problems in fresh ways.

This realization gave me permission to stop forcing, start leading, and build the Spiritual Business Incubator as a space for other entrepreneurs to do the same.

What I Know to Be True

You don’t have to force success.
You’re not doing it wrong, your design just hasn’t been honored.
You can build a business that’s profitable, sustainable, and deeply aligned with your soul’s mission.
