136. Becoming Intentional About the Future of Your Business

Every milestone in business, whether it’s launching a book, moving into a new market, or expanding your client base, starts with intention. Success doesn’t just “happen.” It’s created through the choices you make, the clarity you set, and the consistent actions you take to move forward.

Over the past year, I’ve experienced the biggest season of growth in my business: publishing my upcoming book Create Your Aligned Business, welcoming new cohorts into the Aligned Business Blueprint, expanding the Incubator, and moving my family to Denver. None of it was by chance. It all came from a clear vision, a plan, and the courage to act on it.

The Power of Pausing

Sometimes, the most powerful insights come when we’re forced to slow down. After an incredible workshop, a season of expansion, and my daughter’s birthday celebrations, I found myself resting in bed, reflecting. What struck me was how every dream I had a year ago is now reality. That pause reminded me: the path from vision to reality is built on intentional planning and aligned action.

Intention + Action = Alignment

Intentionality in business means asking:

• What do I really want to create?
  
  
• What impact do I want to make?
  
  
• How do I want my business to feel in my daily life?
  
  

Once you answer these, the next step is to create a plan that aligns with your Human Design, your values, and your long-term vision. It’s not about doing more, it’s about doing what matters most.

Building a Business That Lasts

The truth is, spinning your wheels, guessing your next steps, or trying every strategy you see online leads to burnout and confusion. But when you root your actions in intention and design your business around your unique energy, everything changes. Your marketing becomes clearer, your offers more magnetic, and your growth more sustainable.

As my book launches this October, I’m reminded again that intentionality is the bridge between dream and reality. The future of your business is too important to leave to chance. Decide what you want, set your intention, and take the aligned steps forward.

Because when you lead with clarity and purpose, you create a business that not only serves others but also fulfills your vision for your life.
