ABOUT THE INCUBATOR
The Spiritual Business Incubator is a structured business education and development ecosystem designed to support founders from initial clarity all the way through long-term legacy, combining practical business strategy with soulful, energetic alignment through four distinct tracks. Our intentionally designed curriculum has mapped out the entrepreneurial journey from startup to scale, which compounds and accelerates your business growth over time.
At the Incubator, we guide you step-by-step through the decisions and actions you need to take as the founder of your soul-aligned business. No more guessing what your next step is, just a clear pathway with hands-on and interactive activities, plus intentional support to help you actually do the practical activities required to build any business. Our curriculum is designed to guide you through the four distinct stages of business so you can gain the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to help you build a thriving business that is purposeful, profitable, and sustainable for the long term. Accepted applicants are placed in small program track cohorts of about 20 founders at similar stage of business to complete your core business development activities, while also having access to the full Incubator business development ecosystem through electives, community events, and curated resources. Track placement is a key part of the Admissions process. When you submit your application, we ask detailed questions to ensure you are assigned to the track that will best support your current stage of business and desired future growth. MONTHS 1-2
Business Identity & Market Clarity
DEFNING A BUSINESS BUILT FOR IMPACT & INCOME
Begin by building the foundation your business stands on — your mission, guiding principles, and leadership identity — using Human Design to inform, guide, & shape what you’re creating. Then get clear on exactly who you serve: your niche, your ideal client, and the service directions worth exploring, with a plan for executing market research to remove the guesswork.

MONTHS 3-4
Business Viability & Market Clarity
VALIDATING A BUSINESS BUILT TO LAST
Take what the market actually told you and use it to sharpen your direction — refining your niche, your leadership identity, and your service options through both data and Human Design. Then commit: choose one pilot service, price it, package it, and get it ready to sell.

Sales Confidence & Marketing Rhythm

Design a sales process built around your unique strengths, and clear the money blocks and sabotage patterns that quietly get in the way. Then build a marketing engine to match — mapping the client journey and creating a repeatable rhythm for moving people from stranger to client.

Messaging & Brand Alignment
ESTABLISHING PRESENCE IN THE MARKET

Then turn that message into action — building the visibility, nurture, and conversion assets that carry your presence into a working sales funnel.

Operations & Client Experience

Establish the operational backbone your business needs to function and grow, from org structure to aligned energetics. Then refine the client experience and gather the testimonials and social proof that show your business delivers what it promises.

MONTHS 11-12
Financial Readiness & Forward Vision
FINALIZING A BUSINESS READY TO LAUNCH
Get honest and confident with your finances — documentation, forecasting, and a fully refined business blueprint. Then present your completed plan, map your path forward, and step into the next chapter of your business with clarity and vision.

PROGRAM DELIVERY
Designed with a cadence that supports founders building their foundation with enough structure to create momentum, with space to integrate and reflect.
Live Track Sessions with Small Cohort Sizes
The official program track curriculum is delivered live, twice per week during the first three weeks of every month, repeating across a 12-month period. Sessions include lessons, hands-on workshops, and structured labs. Upon admission, you are placed in your aligned track with a cohort of up to 20 founders at your same stage of business, and you stay with this cohort from start to finish.
Intentional Curriculum with Monthly Progression
Each month builds on the last, moving through business identity, market research, business model design, niche & ideal client definitions, sales process, messaging, marketing funnels, operations, and finance in a clear, step-by-step sequence. No more wondering what your next step is. Here we show you the path and help you complete the journey.
Templates, Guides, Prompts, and Resources
As you move through the program track, we provide you with specific templates to help you complete the business development activities in real time. We give you the tools you need to design your business plan, conduct market research, create a financial plan, map your marketing funnel, and more. We are also building a full Human Design for Business Library (audio and PDF guides) to deepen your understanding of yourself and your business if you desire.
Dedicated Faculty & Staff
When you join the Spiritual Business Incubator, you are assigned a faculty facilitator who is your dedicated guide for your specific cohort. This person is trained to deliver our proprietary curriculum, but has also been on the entrepreneurial journey themselves and understands the importance of differentiation and Human Design. Electives are delivered by subject-matter experts, and our growing staff of advisors and administrators is here to help at every step. Everyone in the Incubator cares about the success of your business as much as you do!

When designing our stage-based curriculum, we were certain of this truth: business development flows better when you are in alignment, strategically and energetically. That is why we have intentionally mapped out program tracks infused with how you practically use your Human Design to design, build, and lead a business that fulfills your soul mission and honors your unique energetic blueprint.
Your Human Design type, strategy, authority, profile, incarnation cross, environment, etc. are more than cool concepts you learn about yourself, they're the soul-aligned operating system that our program tracks are built around. In each stage, you are guided on how to practically apply and embody specific parts of your design in the different areas of business. Your Profile shows up differently in your mission statement, versus in your business model, versus your marketing message. You don't just learn Human Design for fun (although it is SUPER FUN!), you learn to embody it with intention as an entrepreneur.
Human Design isn't a random add-on to the business curriculum. It's the reason building a business in the Incubator works.

When you complete Establish, you are ready for the next stage of business development. The Spiritual Business Incubator supports you on this entrepreneurial journey through Stage 2: Evolve Track, where you'll be building on your clarity and foundation, not still searching for it. The Evolve Track takes you from being a Structured Solopreneur to becoming a Supported Solopreneur. The focus at this stage becomes creating consistency in marketing, sales, and delivery, while developing the systems and hiring your first team members to support sustainable growth.
