Most founders start by building their business one piece at a time: a course for marketing, a coach for mindset, a program on sales, a mastermind for accountability. These are often leave the founder often trying to do all the work themselves. An incubator works differently: it's comprehensive business development process that designs, plans, and builds the structure the whole company at the same time, so growth happens in the right sequence instead of in scattered bursts. Founders choose an incubator when they're ready to stop piecemealing and start building from the CEO seat, with the whole business in mind.

The right time to enroll in an incubator is when you have decided you want to build an profitable and sustainable company that ultimately operates without you doing it all on your own as the founder. The vision is real but the model, the sequence, and how to create a larger impact are still unclear. You don't need to have it all figured out. An incubator guides founders to get the knowledge, skills, and resources that turn "I know this is important work" into "I know exactly how to turn this into an exceptional company." Joining an incubator is a sign that you are serious about building a long-term business and willing to commit your time and energy to do it with intention.

Program side varies, but is noted in the details of each individual program page. Our residency cohorts are capped at 20 founders, while other events and programs may have larger capacities. See each individual program page for specific details.

Our programs are primarily delivered online, with resources and curriculum in our Incubator Portal. We also offer periodic in-person events and programs, primarily in the greater Denver area at this time. Businesses are started every day to make money. However as conscious entrepreneurs on spiritual journeys, we believe that entrepreneurship is a pathway to fulfilling our soul callings with intention. We believe Human Design provides a strategic lens for building businesses in alignment to the founder and to their greater mission on this earth.

Our programs are designed to be hands-on, results-focused, and energetically aligned. Showing up and engaging fully is expected. This is not a place to show up passively, but rather participation and completion of the work is a condition of continued enrollment. The work we do is rooted in practical business development activities and is intended to expand the founders’ knowledge, skills, and capacity through intentional actions.

We understand life happens and that business development happens at different paces based on your industry, prior experience, and stage of business. Programs less than 30 days are non-refundable. Programs greater than 30 days have a proportionate withdraw policy based on the completion of the program. Specific withdraw terms for the Incubator Residency are outlined in the enrollment agreement based on the coursework completed and resources used at the time of withdraw.
